Get location information from IPv4 or IPv6 addresses.

This Enonic XP library uses the GeoLite2 database from MaxMind to return location information for a supplied IP address. The location information includes city name, region, country, continent, ISO codes, timezone, latitude and longitude and more. The GeoLite2_City.mmdb database must be downloaded from the MaxMind website and placed in the XP installation's $XP_HOME/config folder. See the documentation for details.
